
Larry Zielinski, MBA, has led successful, market-dominant organizations in healthcare and banking over the last 35 years. His banking and finance background are a unique complement in today’s challenging world of healthcare economics. Larry’s healthcare expertise covers the entire healthcare delivery system, including acute, ancillary, and post-acute care in both adult and pediatric settings. He has extensive experience working with physicians on collaborative strategies to build their practices, both in private and academic settings.
He most recently was the President of Buffalo General Hospital, the flagship center of the Kaleida Health System. Prior to that, he was the President of the Visiting Nursing Association of Western New York, developing that organization into the leading home health provider in the Western New York marketplace and one of the most prominent agencies in the entire country. He was also the President of Family Pharmaceutical Services, and built that company into a thriving niche retail business operating inside acute care hospitals. Prior to his career in healthcare, Larry was a successful banking executive at Goldome, an $11 billion regional institution serving New York and Florida.
Throughout his career, Larry has consistently built a strategic competitive advantage focused on quality, service, and effective implementation, resulting in sustainable top-line growth.
